When you schedule your first cleaning with our company, we require the first appointment to be a deep cleaning service. Then, we can switch you to a recurring cleaning schedule that fits your unique lifestyle.

The cleaner will not know where all of your belongings go. In addition, we like to protect you and our employees by preventing our cleaners from entering your closets or drawers.

We typically schedule our last clean of the day to end within an hour of closing time.
It's up to you; most of our clients are not present during a scheduled clean. Ensure that our team has the access tools and information to enter your home while you're away, such as key, alarm code, and more.
Please note that if you have children under 18 years old, then you must supervise them while we work.
We absolutely adore pets, but in order to keep everyone safe and moving efficiently we ask that you please put your pets away while we work.

While we try to send the same individuals to clean your property, that doesn't always happen. All of our cleaners are trained, experienced, and capable of providing the same high-quality service you expect, no matter who they are.

Yes! Our cleaners are easily identified by our uniforms with the company logo.
Cancellations: you must provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling request.
Lock Outs: If our team arrives for a clean and no notice to cancel was received, and we cannot access the property, you will be charged a $50.00 lock out fee.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and card. 20-minutes before we wrap up service at your property, our cleaners must receive payment.
Gratuity is accepted and greatly appreciated, however, it is not expected.
If you wish to leave a tip, 15-20% of your total cleaning fee is standard.
If an error is discovered within 24 hours of our service, then we will return within 48 hours at our first opportunity to correct any mishaps.
